Establishes a program to provide payments to producers for implementing conservation practices in selected watersheds.

The Rural Investment for Producers and the Environment (RIPE) Act of 2026 amends the Food Security Act of 1985 to create a program for producers to implement conservation practices in selected eligible watersheds. The Secretary of Agriculture will select up to 2 watersheds per state and 30 total, excluding those serving Tribal lands. Payments will cover costs, income loss, and environmental benefits. The Secretary will provide technical assistance and review payment amounts annually.
