Marijuana in Federally Assisted Housing Parity Act of 2025 prohibits discrimination against individuals using marijuana in federally assisted housing.

The Marijuana in Federally Assisted Housing Parity Act of 2025 amends the United States Housing Act of 1937 and the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 to ensure that individuals who use marijuana in compliance with state law cannot be denied occupancy of federally assisted housing. The bill also mandates that the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development issue regulations restricting marijuana smoking in federally assisted housing in the same manner as tobacco smoking.
