Introduced·12/16/25
Introduced in House Text

Campus Housing Affordability Act allows housing assistance for students at higher education institutions.

The Campus Housing Affordability Act amends the United States Housing Act of 1937 to allow the Secretary to waive certain requirements for providing tenant-based assistance to eligible students. It also removes a prohibition on housing assistance for students. Eligible students are those enrolled in an institution of higher education, living in student housing, and eligible for tenant-based assistance. Assistance received under this waiver does not affect eligibility for other federal programs.
