The Increasing Baseline Updates Act amends the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to require the Congressional Budget Office to submit at least two updates to the budget baseline each year. At least one of these updates must include economic data used by the Director to calculate the update. The President is also required to submit technical budget data to Congress by February 1 of each year, including up-to-date estimates for current and prior year data and credit reestimates.
