Establishes the Kids Internet Safety Partnership to identify and advance best practices for online safety of minors.

The Kids Internet Safety Partnership Act directs the Secretary of Commerce to establish a partnership focused on the online safety of minors. The partnership will coordinate with federal agencies and stakeholders to identify risks and best practices for online platforms. It will publish a playbook and reports on best practices, parental tools, and safeguards for minors. The partnership will terminate five years after its establishment.
