The Foreign Robocall Elimination Act mandates the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to create a taskforce on unlawful robocalls. This taskforce will study and report on the most effective ways to combat foreign unlawful robocalls, including identifying foreign countries with the highest volume of such calls and examining technical solutions for call authentication.
