The Fairness and Access for Immigrant Rights Act (FAIR Act) ensures detainees in immigration detention centers have access to constituent services and complaint processes. It mandates that detainees can request and receive a Department’s Privacy Waiver Authorizing Disclosure to a Third Party, ICE Form 60–001, or any successor form, and a Congressional Privacy Release Form within 90 days of enactment. The detention center must provide these forms in the detainee's language or offer an interpreter.
