Health ACCESS Act aims to increase patient access to healthcare by lowering barriers.

The Health ACCESS Act amends title XI of the Social Security Act to enhance patient access to healthcare by regulating information service providers. These providers must not steer consumers to specific providers based on payments, offer medical services, provide consumer contact information to unselected providers, or arrange transportation. They must also disclose financial arrangements with participating providers, furnish information based on objective criteria, and meet other conditions set by the Secretary.
