Guam and Western Pacific USDA Rural Development Office designated as USDA Rural Development representative.

The bill designates the Guam and Western Pacific USDA Rural Development office as the representative of USDA Rural Development in Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Palau, and the Federated States of Micronesia. The Secretary of Agriculture and the Undersecretary for Rural Development must make this designation within 90 days of the bill's enactment, delegating the same rights and responsibilities to this office as are given to USDA Rural Development offices for any state.
