This bill transfers administrative jurisdiction over approximately 25 acres of federal land in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, from the Department of the Interior to U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The land will be administered as part of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Advanced Training Center. The boundaries of Harpers Ferry National Historical Park will be adjusted to exclude this land. If the land is not needed for the training center, jurisdiction will revert to the Department of the Interior, and the park's boundaries will be adjusted to include it.
