The Act ratifies and confirms the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Water Rights Settlement Agreement. The Secretary of the Interior must execute the Agreement. The Secretary must also determine the fair market value of the Whitewater River Recharge Facility and convey the land to the Coachella Valley Water District. The Act establishes the Agua Caliente Settlement Trust Fund and authorizes appropriations.
