The DISRUPT Act mandates the executive branch to develop a comprehensive strategy to counter and mitigate the risks posed by the growing cooperation.

The DISRUPT Act requires the executive branch to create a whole-of-government strategy to address the deepening cooperation among China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea. This includes assessing the nature and trajectory of their cooperation, identifying risks to U.S. and allied interests, and outlining steps to disrupt and constrain this alignment. The bill also mandates the establishment of interagency task forces to evaluate the impact of this cooperation and recommend necessary organizational changes. Reports on these findings are to be submitted to Congress in classified form.
