Innovative Practices for Soil Health Act of 2025 promotes soil health through USDA conservation programs.

The Innovative Practices for Soil Health Act of 2025 amends the Food Security Act of 1985 to enhance soil health and conservation efforts. It modifies the Conservation Stewardship Program to allow contract renewals based on demonstrated compliance and adoption of improved conservation activities. It also expands the Environmental Quality Incentives Program to include on-farm nutrient recycling and agroforestry systems. The bill establishes additional regional agroforestry centers to support agroforestry projects and demonstration farms.
