The REPO for Ukrainians Implementation Act of 2025 amends the Rebuilding Economic Prosperity and Opportunity for Ukrainians Act to improve the implementation of the seizure of Russian sovereign assets for the benefit of Ukraine. It modifies the status of assets, investment of amounts, and quarterly obligations of funds in the Ukraine Support Fund. The bill also requires the President to submit reports on Russian sovereign assets located in covered and non-covered countries.
