The SEIZE Act of 2025 authorizes the President to treat any weapon or materiel seized by the United States while in transit from Iran to the Houthis in Yemen as stocks of the United States. This allows the President to provide these items to foreign partners. The President must report annually to Congress on the number of times this authority is exercised and an inventory of the weapons and materiel involved.
