The bill amends the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act to improve coordination between the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Department of Agriculture. It requires the EPA Administrator to develop risk mitigation measures for pesticides in coordination with the Secretary of Agriculture. The Administrator must also conduct an economic analysis of the measures' costs and benefits and publish the results. The bill mandates the Administrator to consider agronomic use data and information on alternative pesticides.
