Critical Infrastructure Security Act amends the Defense Production Act to enhance oversight of sensitive U.S. Government facilities and property.

The Critical Infrastructure Security Act amends the Defense Production Act of 1950 to require the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States to annually review, update, and report on certain facilities and property of the United States Government relating to real estate covered transactions. This includes facilities or property of the intelligence community or of a National Laboratory and critical infrastructure relating to drinking water.
