The Protecting Health Care and Lowering Costs Act of 2025 repeals health-related provisions from a prior reconciliation act. It also increases eligibility for premium tax credits by adjusting the sliding scale for applicable percentages based on household income. The changes apply to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2025.
