Enhances federal offenses related to child exploitation and child pornography.
The Enhancing Necessary Federal Offenses Regarding Child Exploitation Act, or ENFORCE Act, amends title 18 of the United States Code to strengthen enforcement against material depicting obscene child sexual abuse or constituting child pornography. It removes the statute of limitations for certain offenses, mandates that obscene visual depictions remain in government or court custody, and requires that any identifiable minor depicted in such material have access to it in the same manner as victims of child pornography.
