Requires multifamily borrowers with federally backed multifamily mortgage loans to report positive rent payments to consumer reporting agencies.

The Access to Homeownership Act mandates that multifamily borrowers with federally backed multifamily mortgage loans report positive rent payments to consumer reporting agencies. These payments will be considered in mortgage insurance applications. The enterprises cover the administrative costs associated with this reporting.
