Introduced·7/23/25

End the Vaccine Carveout Act aims to remove the liability shield for vaccine manufacturers.

The End the Vaccine Carveout Act amends the Public Health Service Act to end the liability shield for vaccine manufacturers. It removes the exclusive remedy provision for vaccine-related injuries or deaths, allowing individuals to file petitions for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program at any time. The bill also allows individuals to bring civil actions against vaccine manufacturers in state or federal courts for damages arising from vaccine-related injuries or deaths, regardless of whether they have filed a petition for compensation.
