Skills Investment Act of 2025 amends the Internal Revenue Code to establish lifelong learning accounts.

Skills Investment Act of 2025 amends the Internal Revenue Code to rename Coverdell education savings accounts as Coverdell lifelong learning accounts. These accounts can now be used for a wider range of educational expenses, including career and technical education activities, career services, and adult education and literacy activities. The bill also increases the age limit for contributions to 70 years and raises the contribution limit for individuals over 30 to $4,000.
