The SBIR/STTR Application Assistance Act extends the FAST Program through September 30, 2030. It mandates the Small Business Administration to provide assistance to small businesses applying to the SBIR and STTR programs. The act also requires enhanced outreach efforts to increase participation of individuals conducting research at minority institutions and Hispanic-serving institutions in these programs.
