The PARTNER Act amends the International Organizations Immunities Act to extend diplomatic privileges and immunities to several international and regional organizations. These include the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, the Pacific Islands Forum, the Caribbean Community, and the African Union. The President is authorized to extend these privileges and immunities under terms and conditions determined by the President.
