The AUKUS Reform for Military Optimization and Review Act, also known as the ARMOR Act, modifies provisions relating to defense trade and cooperation among the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. It exempts certain exports and transfers of defense articles and services among these countries from congressional notification requirements. The Act mandates the Secretary of State, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense, to review the Excluded Technologies List annually for 15 years.
