The MONARCH Act of 2025 aims to conserve and sustain the western monarch butterfly population by providing grants for conservation projects.

The MONARCH Act of 2025 establishes a Western Monarch Butterfly Rescue Fund to support conservation projects for the western monarch butterfly. The bill authorizes grants for projects that protect, restore, and manage habitats for western monarch butterflies and other pollinators. It also requires the Secretary of the Interior to collaborate with the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation to update and implement the Western Monarch Butterfly Conservation Plan.
