Disqualifies individuals convicted of certain felonies from receiving Small Business Administration assistance.
The Stop Funding Rioters Act prohibits individuals convicted of misdemeanor or felony assault of a law enforcement officer, or convicted of a felony for actions during or in connection with a riot that resulted in the destruction of a small business, from receiving assistance from or participating in any program administered by the Small Business Administration. This includes disqualification from programs such as loans, grants, and other forms of aid provided by the Small Business Administration.
