Requires Members of Congress and their spouses and dependent children to place certain assets into blind trusts.

The TRUST in Congress Act mandates that Members of Congress and their spouses and dependent children place certain assets into qualified blind trusts. Members occupying office on the date of enactment must do so within 180 days, while new Members must comply within 90 days. The bill defines "covered investment" and "qualified blind trust," excluding certain widely held funds and U.S. Treasury securities. Spouses or dependent children who earn income from covered investments are exempt from placing those assets in a blind trust.
