H.R.3917

To prohibit the participation of males in athletic programs or activities at the military service academies that are designated for women or girls.

Introduced·6/11/25

Prohibits males from participating in women's athletic programs at military academies.

The bill mandates that the U.S. Military Academy, U.S. Naval Academy, and U.S. Air Force Academy do not allow males to participate in athletic programs designated for women or girls. It allows males to train or practice with these programs as long as it does not deprive females of team spots, participation opportunities, scholarships, or other benefits. The bill defines "athletic programs and activities" as those conditional upon participation with any athletic team and "sex" as a person's reproductive biology and genetics at birth.
