The SAFE Cities Act, also known as the Stop Anarchists From Endangering Cities Act, requires the Attorney General to identify and publish a list of jurisdictions that have refused to take reasonable steps to stop acts of violence and destruction of property. This list must be published on the Department of Justice website within 14 days of the Act's enactment and updated every 180 days thereafter.
