Prohibits sanctuary cities from receiving federal financial assistance.

The Mobilizing Against Sanctuary Cities Act aims to prevent sanctuary cities from receiving federal financial assistance. The Attorney General must annually identify jurisdictions that do not comply with federal immigration laws or requests from the Department of Homeland Security. Non-compliant jurisdictions are ineligible for federal funding for at least one year, with eligibility restored only after the Attorney General certifies compliance.
