The Sport Fish Restoration, Recreational Boating Safety, and Wildlife Restoration Act of 2025 amends the Dingell-Johnson Sport Fish Restoration Act to extend the deadline for certain provisions until 2031. It also modifies the funding for interstate fisheries commission activities, setting a new formula based on a percentage of the appropriation. Additionally, the Act introduces a three percent tax rate for portable, electronically-aerated bait containers under the Internal Revenue Code.
