Reauthorizes the Project ECHO Grant Program and establishes grants to improve Alzheimer’s disease and dementia care.

The Accelerating Access to Dementia and Alzheimer’s Provider Training Act amends the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize the Project ECHO Grant Program. It establishes grants for eligible entities to evaluate, develop, and expand technology-enabled collaborative learning models for health care professionals. These models aim to improve retention of health care providers and increase access to early and accurate diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. The bill also requires reports to Congress and the Advisory Council on Alzheimer’s Research, Care, and Services.
