The Small Business Artificial Intelligence Advancement Act requires the Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology to develop.

The Small Business Artificial Intelligence Advancement Act mandates the Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology to create resources for small businesses to utilize artificial intelligence. These resources must be generally applicable, promote understanding and adoption of AI, include case studies, and be technology-neutral. The Director must review and update these resources every two years. The Act also requires the Director to submit a report to Congress on the development and use of these resources, including feedback and recommendations for further actions.
