Veterans Exposed to Toxic PFAS Act provides hospital care and medical services to veterans and dependents exposed to PFAS at military installations.

The Veterans Exposed to Toxic PFAS Act, or VET PFAS Act, amends title 38, United States Code, to provide hospital care and medical services to veterans and dependents exposed to perfluorooctanoic acid or other per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances at military installations. It also presumes service connection for certain veterans exposed to these substances. The bill specifies diseases and conditions linked to PFAS exposure, including high cholesterol, ulcerative colitis, thyroid disease, testicular cancer, kidney cancer, and pregnancy-induced hypertension.
