Establishes the Veterans Experience Office within the Department of Veterans Affairs to improve veteran and beneficiary experience.

The Improving Veterans’ Experience Act of 2025 establishes the Veterans Experience Office within the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Office will be headed by the Chief Veterans Experience Officer, appointed by the Secretary. Key functions include analyzing and improving customer experience, collecting and analyzing veteran feedback, and advising on customer service efforts. The Office will also ensure data privacy and will sunset on September 30, 2028.
