The Health Savings and Affordability for Fertility Act amends the Internal Revenue Code to treat amounts paid for fertility treatments as medical expenses for purposes of health savings accounts. This includes preservation of human oocytes, sperm, or embryos, artificial insemination, assisted reproductive technology, and medications prescribed for fertility. The changes apply to amounts paid or incurred after the date of the enactment of this Act.
