The Cape Fox Land Entitlement Finalization Act of 2025 waives the requirement for Cape Fox Village Corporation, a Native Village of Saxman, Alaska, to select or receive conveyance of approximately 185 acres of unconveyed land within the township. Upon Cape Fox submitting a written notice of selection, the Secretary of the Interior will convey the Federal land to Cape Fox. Simultaneously, the subsurface estate of that Federal land will be conveyed to Sealaska Corporation.
