Innovative Therapies Centers of Excellence Act of 2025

Establishes innovative therapies centers of excellence at Department of Veterans Affairs medical facilities.

The Innovative Therapies Centers of Excellence Act of 2025 requires the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to designate at least five VA medical facilities as centers of excellence for innovative therapies. These centers must be affiliated with accredited medical schools, schools of psychiatry, and schools of social work. The Secretary cannot designate a facility unless it meets high scientific and clinical standards, as determined by a peer review panel.
