The Secure Space Act of 2025 amends the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Act of 2019 to prevent the Federal Communications Commission from granting licenses, market access, or authorizations for satellite systems or earth stations to entities producing or providing covered communications equipment or services, or their affiliates. This applies to geostationary and nongeostationary orbit satellite systems, individually licensed earth stations, and blanket-licensed earth stations. The FCC must implement these changes within a year of the Act's enactment.
