The Water Intelligence, Security, and Cyber Threat Protection Act aims to bolster the resilience of community water systems and publicly owned treatment works against malevolent acts and natural hazards. It mandates the Environmental Protection Agency to develop a program encouraging participation in the Water Information Sharing and Analysis Center, offsetting membership costs, and enhancing the Center's tools and resources. The Act authorizes $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 and 2027.
