Stop Secret Spending Act of 2025 mandates reporting of other transaction agreements on USAspending.gov.
The Stop Secret Spending Act of 2025 amends the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 to ensure that other transaction agreements are reported on USAspending.gov. The Secretary of the Treasury, in coordination with the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, must assess and publish a list of federal agencies required to post information on the website. The Secretary must also post an annual report detailing federal spending on awards for which data has not been posted and a description of other transaction agreements.
