Stop Secret Spending Act of 2025 amends the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 to enhance transparency of federal spending.

The Stop Secret Spending Act of 2025 amends the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 to improve transparency of federal spending. It mandates that data relating to other transaction agreements be automatically transmitted to USAspending.gov and made publicly available. The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, must assess which federal agencies are required to post information on the website. The bill also requires annual reports on federal spending for which data has not been posted to the website.
