VA Home Loan Program Reform Act amends title 38, United States Code, to authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to take certain actions in the case of a default on a home loan guaranteed by the Secretary. The Secretary may make a partial claim, described in subsection (b), with respect to a loan guaranteed under chapter 37 of title 38, United States Code; regarding the primary residence of the borrower; and that the Secretary determines is in default or at imminent risk of default.
