Deport Alien Gang Members Act amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to make aliens associated with criminal gangs inadmissible and deportable.

The Deport Alien Gang Members Act amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to establish grounds for inadmissibility and deportability for aliens associated with criminal gangs. Aliens who are or have been members of a criminal gang, or who have promoted, conspired with, aided, or participated in the activities of a criminal gang, are deemed inadmissible and deportable. The bill also makes such aliens ineligible for any immigration benefit, including asylum, parole, and temporary protected status.
