The Bolts Ditch Act amends the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act to expand the eligibility for entities that can complete maintenance work on Bolts Ditch and the Bolts Ditch Headgate within the Holy Cross Wilderness, Colorado. Specifically, the Eagle River Water and Sanitation District, a Colorado Special District, and the Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority, an authority organized under the laws of the State of Colorado, are now eligible to undertake this maintenance work.
