The Supporting Innovation in Agriculture Act of 2025 amends the Internal Revenue Code to create a tax credit for investments in innovative agricultural technology. This credit applies to projects using precision agriculture or controlled environment agriculture technology. Eligible technologies include systems for heating, cooling, irrigation, and automation, among others. The credit is equal to 30 percent of the qualified investment for any taxable year with respect to an innovative agricultural technology project.
