Postal Supervisors and Managers Fairness Act of 2025 modifies pay and benefits negotiation procedures for U.S.

The Postal Supervisors and Managers Fairness Act of 2025 amends title 39, United States Code, to change how pay and benefits are negotiated for supervisory and managerial personnel of the U.S. Postal Service. It requires the Postal Service to submit a written proposal to the supervisors’ organization 60 days before any scheduled expiration of pay decisions. The Postal Service and the supervisors’ organization must attempt to resolve any differences over the proposal.
