Pacific Flyway Habitat Enhancement Act allows additional agricultural lands to be enrolled in the conservation reserve enhancement program.
The Pacific Flyway Habitat Enhancement Act amends the Food Security Act of 1985 to allow for additional agricultural lands to be enrolled in the conservation reserve enhancement program. This includes enrolling other agricultural land that is not eligible if it is critical to address resource concerns identified in the agreement. The Secretary may waive the matching requirement for agreements involving wetland-dependent species on working cropland.
