The Delaware River Basin Restoration Program Reauthorization Act of 2025 amends the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act to include Maryland in the Delaware River Basin, redefining the basin as a 5-state area. The bill also allows the Secretary to prioritize projects serving small, rural, or disadvantaged communities. Additionally, it extends the authorization of the Delaware River Basin conservation programs until 2032.
