The bill reaffirms the applicability of the Indian Reorganization Act to the Lytton Rancheria of California, allowing the Secretary of the Interior to acquire and take into trust land for the tribe's benefit. This land will become part of the Lytton Rancheria's reservation and will be administered according to laws and regulations for Indian trust property.
